Jonathan is the owner and Managing Broker for Green State Realty. In addition to his real estate license he holds a Washington State Insurance license. He is a registered broker with both the Fannie Mae’s Homepath program and the Housing and Urban Development’s Homestore program.

Jonathan uses his business training (UW MBA 2001) to focus on the investment and financial planning aspects of the real estate transaction. He provides personalized service and works to build trust with his clients and allied professionals. He has five years of experience working in the Planned Giving field and more than ten years of personal consulting experience. Prior to working in real estate Jonathan and his wife Karin lived in Bolivia, South America for six years. In his free time he enjoys traveling and volunteering as the Board President for Viva Bolivia. He previously served as a founding Board Member for Crush Kids’ Cancer.

He and Karin live in beautiful Snohomish. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Missionary Aviation Technology from the Moody Bible Institute (1997) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington (2001). In addition to his formal education Jonathan stays up-to-date by taking continuing education classes on the latest in marketing, negotiation techniques and legal issues affecting real estate transactions.
